Those standard features include twin grinders, a stainless steel heated brewing unit (borrow in its entirety from the top-of-the-range Egro Next), dedicated steam boiler, dedicated hot water boiler and a touch-screen that be configured for simple self-service, or with a huge choice of sub options – from drink size & strength to grinder selection and more. You can add one or two powder hoppers which mean delicious hot chocolates and mochas are a just a button tap away, you could even specify a powdered non-dairy milk to broaden your drink choice even further! Finally, if needed, there’s also the option of a steam wand – also ideal for the growing market for non-dairy milk in speciality coffees – and a hot water tap, although there’s hot water from the central drink outlet as standard. It’s hard to think of a more capable machine for the price!
Sitting neatly between the volume capability of the Jura machines and the unstoppable throughput capacity of the Next we recommend the MoDe for customers serving up to 200 cups per day.
